अधिकार, कर्तव्य र सेवाहरु
- अधिकार: सुरक्षित, शान्त र प्राकृतिक वातावरणमा जीवनयापन, ज्ञान भक्ति साधना र सेवा अवसरमा समान पहुँच।
- कर्तव्य: श्रम र सेवा योगदान, प्रकृति संरक्षण, आचार संहिताको पालन, सामूहिक विकासमा सक्रिय सहभागिता, सामुहिक लगानी।
- सेवा: आफ्नो नाममा कुटी बनाउन पाइन्छ, योग साधना गरेर जीवनको रहस्य बुझ्न पाइन्छ, आफ्नो छोरा छोरी गुरुकुलम् पठाउन पाइन्छ।
- सेवा: सामुहिक खान पान रहनसहनमा बस्न पाइन्छ, आयुर्वेद एवं प्राकृतिक उपचार पाइन्छ, विषादी मुक्त भान्सा र स्वदेशी सात्विक खानपान पाइन्छ।
- सेवा: वर्षको एक पटक तिर्थस्थल लगिने छ, नवसंस्कार सिक्न पाइन्छ, नित्य पूजाविधि सिक्न पाइन्छ, संस्कृत भाषा सिक्न पाइन्छ।
आचार संहिता
- मदिरा, लागूपदार्थ र हिंसा पूर्ण निषेध
- प्रकृति विनाश गर्ने गतिविधि निषेध
- शुद्ध, सरल र सन्तुलित जीवनशैली अनिवार्य
- श्रम, सेवा र सामूहिक उत्तरदायित्व अनिवार्य
- पर्यावरण संरक्षण र फलफूल नियमित
- नीति निर्माणमा गुठी सञ्चालकहरूको निर्णय

संक्षिप्त नियमावली
- कुटी निर्माणमा सहभागी हुन इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरूको नाम दर्ता सुरु गरिनेछ ।
- नाम दर्ता गर्दा प्रारम्भिक बैना रकम जम्मा गर्नुपर्नेछ ।
- जेठ महिनाभित्र जग्गा बैना गर्ने लक्ष्य राखिनेछ ।
- जग्गा बैना सम्पन्न भएपछि प्रारम्भिक रूपमा जमिन व्यवस्थापन तथा नमूनाका रूपमा २-४ वटा कुटी निर्माण गरिनेछ ।

Rights, Duties and Services
- Rights: Living in a safe, peaceful, and natural environment; equal access to knowledge, devotion, practice, and service opportunities.
- Duties: Labor and service contribution, nature conservation, code of conduct compliance, active participation in collective development, collective investment.
- Services: Can build a cottage in own name, understand life's mysteries through yoga practice, can send children to Gurukulam.
- Services: Communal dining and living, Ayurvedic and natural treatments, toxin-free kitchen and local sattvic food.
- Services: Annual pilgrimage trip, learn new rituals, daily worship methods, and Sanskrit language.
Code of Conduct
- Total prohibition of alcohol, drugs, and violence
- Prohibition of activities that destroy nature
- Pure, simple, and balanced lifestyle is mandatory
- Labor, service, and collective responsibility are mandatory
- Regular environmental protection and fruit planting
- Policy decisions by the Trust operators
- Commitment to Sanatan lifestyle and emphasis on collective spirit
Brief Rules & Next Steps
- Registration of individuals interested in participating in cottage construction will begin.
- An initial booking amount must be deposited during registration.
- The target is to secure the land by the month of Jestha.
- Once land booking is complete, initial land management and 2-4 model cottages will be built.
